Shipping Policy
BIBIA will send you email confirmation during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. It will take to 1-2 business days to process your order for shipment. Please note 3-7 business days are our normal shipping process with USPS courier, UPS Courier unless paid express by the customer choice. Processing time may increase during peak/holiday periods. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order status. If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact BIBIA Clothing Brand Co. directly at 1-866-793-8800 and provide your tracking number. A final delivery confirmation email will be sent once we receive a delivery notification from our mail courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
For online purchases, BIBIA will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Return merchandise must be post marked within 14 days from the date of delivery to www.bibiaclothing.com and company address below. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. BIBIA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged. No refunds on all online purchases. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with all original tags attached. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of original order date for exchange for the value of the original purchased at BIBIA Clothing online store.
